Solution

Through a development team, an upgrade of the ROD system was carried out, used for the treatment of different daily operations; this has improved reporting capabilities and information for decision-making.

Regarding the TAMS system, an upgrade was performed at the operating level, taking into account the support and maintenance of the current version to ensure a better operation for end-users, contemplating the fact that this system is in charge of the total administration of all airports, which allows it to manage resources, seasonality of flights and daily operations.

    Insignis is a company dedicated to capital investments. It had a manual onboarding system where clients and its applicants had to fill out registration and affiliation forms in PDF format. In order to streamline the affiliation process and improve the user experience, the company decided to create a digital platform. In this case, the client’s main business need was developing an app that could be used to fill out application requests for registration to the Insignis platform, thus improving user experience.

    Challenges

    The client was looking for a technology partner to help develop a web onboarding application that would eliminate the need for paper forms and reduce the time it took for customers to register to the platform.

    Business Objective

    The service aims at developing an agile onboarding platform with a user-friendly interface. The solution was developed using an agile methodology framework, which ensured continuous deliveries of valuable software. This allowed us to meet and exceed customer expectations on agreed dates, with the greatest value that the team could offer.

    Results

    1.- Upon launching the application, the client managed to get 30% of their new users to go through the application.
    2.- Activity has grown from 60 applications per month to 100 weekly applications as a result of collaborations with new partners. Also, the onboarding application has helped reduce affiliation times so that the result of the project is in line with the client’s expectations.
    3.- The client’s current business target is a £3bn increase over the next 18 months, which will go hand in hand with the new project.

        Solution

        We created a security cloud solution based on AWS to provide monitoring, detection, response and investigation capabilities to enterprise customers. As part of the monitoring and detection capabilities, the system collects telemetry from endpoints that is used to understand different activities running on user machines. The main goal of the system, known as Data Collection Funnel, is the instrumentation, transfer, translation and storage of the endpoint telemetry in real time.

        Challenges

        The client was not satisfied with the level of response that it was providing to its clients when faced with new virus threats on the computers protected by its computer virus protection product. The non-processing of information in real time, together with the cost associated with the high volume of storage of this information meant an impediment to find a solution that satisfies the business.

        Business Objective

        Deliver to its customers a better response time to virus threats by collecting and processing information in real time to deliver it to their cyber-security teams as soon as possible.

        Results

        We have achieved both goals, a drastic reduction in storage cost and a great improvement in time response to face virus threats.
